Terms of Service

Beta software

CoffeeBuddy is in active development and provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Features can change, break, or be removed as we improve things. We'll try to give notice for anything major.

Fair use

AI features (dial-in coaching, bean discovery, bag imports) are subject to daily usage quotas to keep the service sustainable for everyone. We may adjust these limits at any time.

Subscriptions

Pro plans are billed through Stripe, monthly or annually. Manage or cancel anytime from the billing portal — cancelling stops future renewals, but you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No partial refunds for unused time.

Your account

You're responsible for the coffee data you add. Don't use CoffeeBuddy to store anything unlawful or to abuse shared features like recipe sharing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or its AI quotas.

Your data

Your coffee data is yours. You can export what matters to you and delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings → Account. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store and how AI features use it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
